LOCKN’ Festival 2021 Refund Info
How do I request a refund?
There is no action required. Your LOCKN’ Festival order will be automatically refunded in full, including fees from our ticketing partner, Front Gate Tickets. Funds will be credited back to the original purchaser and the original form of payment.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds are currently being processed. Please allow 1-3 business days for the credit to clear your financial institution.
I’m in the middle of a Payment Plan, how am I affected?
All Payment Plan orders will be refunded for the full amount that you have paid thus far including all fees. You will not be charged any cancellation fees.
Someone I know bought my ticket for me, what should I do?
Refunds must be requested by the original purchaser by logging into their account. If you are listed as an alternate on the order, it is okay for you to log in and request. Refunds will be issued to the method of payment used for the original purchase.
I have a different credit/debit card now then when I purchased. Can I still be refunded?
If the original card used for purchase has expired or been updated, the refund should still be processed through the account used to purchase. No additional action is needed by the original purchaser. If your credit card used for purchase has been canceled or is now expired, the bank or credit card company will normally reroute the credit amount issued to the current account or card for use. Please do not send any credit card or account information via email to LOCKN’ or Front Gate Tickets directly.
I bought tickets from a 3rd party, now what?
Only primary ticket purchasers via Front Gate Tickets will receive a refund. Tickets from other websites or resellers cannot be verified by the festival or our official ticketing partner, Front Gate Tickets.
